Jinlan Power Semiconductor (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. was established on November 22, 2021, located in Wuxi Hightech Development Zone, with a registered capital of RMB 200 million. The company is jointly built by Wuxi NCE Power and Shanghai Qiankaiyou Investment. Jinlan boasts a strong technical team, most of whom have over ten years of experience in power module R&D, production management, and quality management, with some members having working experience at major overseas manufacturers. Following the example of its parent company, NCE Power, which is a domestic leader in the photovoltaic discrete device field, Jinlan Power Semiconductor aims to become a leading supplier of IGBT modules in China within five years, and aspires to be a major domestic supplier of IGBT modules in the photovoltaic industry.
